The artist brings to life the humble beauty of cabbage and garlic with a palette of light and delicate colours. Soft hues of pale greens and ivory seamlessly blend, creating a tranquil ambiance. Wang Mo Ping was formerly an associate professor at the Hubei institute of Fine Arts in China and lecturer at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. He has held 6 solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions to date. In 2017 his painting titled “饮水思源” was exhibited at the showcased at the “Commemorating NS50 through Art” organised by the Singapore Art Society and was collected by the Ministry of Defence.
