This painting is part of Terence Teo’s “Morning Sky” series of paintings where a burgeoning forest and a skyline form the 2 main subjects. In “Morning Sun”, Terence emphasises on the strength and vigor of the trees through the application of thick black ink lines. This strong presence is balanced by the clear skyline where touches of red can be observed. This painting is one of Terence’s largest painting to date.

Terence Teo has held 4 solo exhibitions to date. In 2013, he won the Asia Art Award at the Asia Invitation Art Exhibition held in Seoul Korea in 2013. His paintings are actively showcased in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
