This full sheet watercolour painting depicts a scene of Tanjong Pinang in Indonesia. The rugged qualities of the houses, shadows on the pathways and natural state of the wooden fences are all beautifully expressed. The inclusion of the man, his scooter and his daughter is a heartwarming touch to the painting. Marvin loves to travel around Southeast Asia and has exhibited his paintings in Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
