Exhibition Introduction 展览简介

Opening in late May 2026, this exhibition presents a compelling collection of calligraphy writings from 4 different series by Singaporean artist Victor Ang. Rooted in the traditions of classical Chinese calligraphy, the showcase explores innovative approaches that reimagine the art form through contemporary perspectives.

本次展览《一点点醉 - 阿信创作展》将于2026年5月23日至5月31日在位于百胜楼3楼的好望角画廊举行，呈献新加坡艺术家洪礼信（阿信）的近30幅精选作品。展览立足于画家在传统书法的深厚基础，以当代视角探索这一古老艺术形式的全新表达。这次的活动将呈现四个不同系列的创作，也将是画家的第十一回个人展览。展览于5月23日星期六下午3点开幕。

Yin-Yang Series 阴阳系列

In this series, selected characters are rendered in bold strokes, while others emerge through painted outlines rather than direct inscription. This interplay between presence and absence creates a visual balance reminiscent of yin and yang.

此系列通过“写”与“留白”的结合，形成独特的视觉对比。一部分文字以纸笔（纸巾代笔）书写完成，另一部分则以勾勒轮廓的方式呈现，体现阴阳相生的哲学理念。

书画系列 Writing and Painting Series

This series combines calligraphy with illustrative imagery. Each composition pairs a meaningful phrase with a painted scene, enriching the narrative quality of the work.

该系列将书法与绘画结合，通过图像与纸笔书写的文字进行搭配从而强化意境表达。
